Warranty

Here at Todd Thomas Painting we believe that when we complete the job that is only the beginning of our customer relations. We are here to support our customers for the life of the paint job.

We at Todd Thomas Painting pride ourselves on our professional relations with our paint manufactures.  Many paint manufacturers offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty or a Warranty Term on their products. Todd Thomas Painting will help any of our clients utilize these warranties when appropriate. 

Note: These warranties are offered and honored by the paint manufacturers and not Todd Thomas Painting.

Our exterior painting services come with a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty includes the repair of peeling, blistering or chipping paint resulting from defective workmanship.  

Does Not Cover:

- Any work which was not performed by the Contractor

- Repairs to horizontal surfaces or any surface that, by virtue of its design permits moisture to collect or direct sunlight/environmental conditions that affect the color and finish of all paints over time 

- Additional cracks in drywall, plaster or wood not contained in orginal scope of work.
